Energy reports

SAP calculations (Standard Assessment Procedure) are a measure of how energy efficient a property is. To conform to building regulations, these reports are a requirement for all new houses and conversions, and some extensions.

Larger plans may require an energy statement. This is a detailed report your local authority will use to see if your development falls within their emissions guidelines.
